Triple Five Construction transformed a bare 6,600 sq ft shell at 5115 Cornish Street into Optimus’s new Houston Heights headquarters.
Working alongside Cisneros Design Studio, we handled everything from framing and drywall to custom millwork and finishes. Turning an empty shell into a polished office space.
Completed in November 2017, the project reflects Optimus’s “People. Solutions. Delivered.” philosophy with flexible team zones, private meeting rooms, and a welcoming reception area.
Located in the heart of the Heights, this build-out supports Optimus’s work by providing a modern, efficient home base for their recruiting and consulting teams.
